His meritorious service during Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) awarded Tron the Bronze Star Medal (BSM)\, the fourth highest combat award of the United States Armed Forces\, and he also won the “Soldier of the Year” Competition. \nHe is deeply committed to supporting his fellow veterans in their entrepreneurial pursuits\, driven by a desire to give back to his community. With his 12 years of experience leading a business management consultant firm and real estate brokerage in Florida and California\, he has a unique understanding of the challenges and distinctive skill sets that Veterans bring to the business world. \nTron is deeply involved in various programs providing mentorship\, resources\, and guidance to Veterans starting their own business. He was part of the inaugural “Boots to Business’ program at the White House in Washington\, DC. He is a graduate of Boots to Business program and an administrator for the B2B LinkedIn page. Additionally\, Tron is part of the Inc. Military Entrepreneurs programs and a graduate of the Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP).
