Empowering Her Service: A $5,000 Grant Opportunity for Women Veteran Entrepreneurs

At the Los Angeles Regional VBOC, our mission is to provide the resources, training, and transition assistance necessary for our veteran community to thrive in the business world. We know that women veterans are one of the fastest-growing segments of the entrepreneurship community, bringing unparalleled leadership, resilience, and vision to the LA economy.

That’s why we are excited to highlight a fantastic funding opportunity specifically for you: the Melissa Washington Small Business Award (MWSBA), presented by Women Veterans Giving.

What is the Melissa Washington Small Business Award?

The MWSBA is an annual award designed to support women veterans who are either looking to start a new venture or expand an existing small business.

Beyond just a financial boost, this award is about recognition and community. It honors the legacy of women in uniform by investing in their potential as business leaders.
